Parts Manufacturing from Technical Drawings
Based on technical drawings or 3D models, we manufacture precise machine parts and components for industrial applications. Production is carried out in accordance with the defined tolerances and technical requirements specified in the documentation.
The combination of CNC turning, CNC milling and EDM machining enables the production of complex geometries, prototypes and serial parts with full compliance with technical requirements.
Parts Manufacturing from a Sample
If parts need to be manufactured from a sample, the process is somewhat different. Existing finished parts and industrial components first need to be measured and documented in order to create technical documentation, that is, a technical drawing. This process is known as model capture or reverse engineering. It is performed using standard measuring equipment and all available measurement methods, including a CMM machine.
The combination of these measurement methods allows us to capture complex geometries and later manufacture prototypes. Documentation is prepared in PDF format as well as STEP files. The tolerance ranges of the resulting model are defined in agreement with the client.

What Parts Manufacturing from Technical Drawings Includes
Parts manufacturing from technical drawings includes analysis of technical documentation, definition of the machining technology and precise production of the component according to specified dimensions, tolerances and material requirements.
The service covers single parts, test batches and complete serial production with stable quality repeatability.
Types of Technical Documentation
We accept different technical documentation formats, including 2D technical drawings and 3D models.
- STEP / STP
- IGES / IGS
- DWG / DXF
- PDF technical drawings
- 3D CAD models
When needed, we also participate in design optimization in order to simplify production and reduce overall costs.

Materials and Machining
Parts manufacturing from technical drawings can be performed in different materials, depending on the intended use of the final product. Machining is adapted to the material properties and functional requirements of the component.
We most commonly machine steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, titanium and engineering plastics intended for industrial applications.

CNC Technology and Production Capabilities
Production is carried out on modern CNC machining centers that enable high precision and stable serial production. The combination of 3-axis and 5-axis processes allows us to manufacture complex parts in a single setup.
Our technological capacities are adapted to projects of different scope — from individual parts to large production batches.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is parts manufacturing from technical drawings?
Parts manufacturing from technical drawings means producing machine parts and components according to technical documentation or 3D models, with machining carried out in accordance with defined dimensions, tolerances and material requirements.
Can you manufacture parts based on a sample if no drawing exists?
Yes. If technical documentation does not exist, we can manufacture parts based on a sample by first measuring the existing component and preparing technical documentation. This process includes model capture, reverse engineering and preparation of PDF and STEP files when required.
Which file formats do you accept for production?
We accept a wide range of technical documentation formats, including STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, DWG, DXF, PDF technical drawings and 3D CAD models. These formats allow us to prepare accurate CNC machining according to project requirements.
Which materials can be used for parts manufacturing from technical drawings?
We commonly machine steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, titanium and engineering plastics intended for industrial use. The selection of material and machining method depends on the functional requirements of the finished part.
How do you ensure accuracy when manufacturing parts from technical drawings?
